The Urban Land institute's members in 95 countries worldwide represent the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines. ULI commissioned Vern Associates to update the design of their annual report, which focused on the challenges the United States faces in striving to upgrade infrastructure. We introduced the judicious use of calm accent colors in order to provide a strong design framework that both unifies and supports the often unwieldy palette required by publications that rely so heavily on information graphics (charts, graphs, tables, and photos).
